Our office provides the following services:

  • 8-week mindfulness courses (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy & Mindful Self-Compassion) suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners teaching meditation, mindful movement, and related skills to help regulate mood, reduce stress and insomnia, and increase compassion, concentration, and resilience. CEUs are available for KS & MO mental health professionals.

  • Testing and assessment to clarify diagnosis and generate treatment recommendations in individuals ages 6 and up.  We specialize in identifying disorders involving learning (reading, writing, math, oral language) and behavioral problems, suspected dyslexia and ADHD, mood and anxiety disorders, and other memory and thinking difficulties.

  • Psychotherapy (counseling) for adults, families, groups and couples, including (but not limited to) counseling and psychotherapy for anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, stress, grief and loss, and adjustment issues:

    • Cognitive Behavior Therapy – addressing the interaction between thoughts, feelings, physiology and behavior in order to make positive changes

    • Mindfulness informed therapy – learning to be present in the moment and accept without judgment

    • Couples counseling to help grow relationships and manage conflict

    • eTherapy – online or internet based psychotherapy via secure videoconferencing from the comfort and privacy of your own home
