Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Relapse Prevention, & Mindful Self-Compassion are evidence based programs suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners teaching meditation, mindful movement, and related skills to help regulate mood, reduce stress and insomnia, interrupt unhealthy habits, and increase compassion, concentration, and resilience. Fees are based on a sliding scale and discounts are available to Midwest Alliance for Mindfulness Members. CEUs are available for KS & MO mental health professionals.
