Those who are interested in diagnostic testing, Mindfulness Based Programs or group therapy can securely register online and schedule their first appointment via our HIPAA compliant client portal. Once registered and scheduled, you will receive the initial paperwork (download forms) instantly via e-mail to complete at your convenience. Then, you can bring a paper copy of your completed forms with you to your first appointment. You should arrive 1/2 hour early to complete the initial paperwork at our offices if you have not completed the forms in advance. Secure email is the best way to contact us. We do not have a phone answering service – if you leave a voice mail and do not hear back within one business day, please try again as there may have been a connection issue.
**One-on-one counseling – Dr. Ochester sees only a very limited number of adults for one-on-one counseling. Please email us securely to inquire whether she is taking new counseling clients. When there is a wait for scheduling new counseling clients and you’d like to be seen sooner, please contact:
Billing & Fees
We operate on a sliding scale according to after tax income in order to serve a wider range of people. We do not participate with any insurers. Those who are able to pay more make it possible for us to serve those who have less. Visit our Mindfulness Based Programs and Group Therapy pages to learn about our fees for these services.
|Net Household Income||Fee (per service hour)|
|$75 – 99,999||$120|
|$50 – 74,999||$100|
Payment is due at time of service, but you are also welcome to pay in advance online by logging into our client portal.
Classes, workshops and group fees are set according to the specifics of each program – please visit the Events page to view upcoming offerings, fees, & registration.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that you will be charged the full fee for missed appointments and late cancellations. When paid in advance, there are no refunds for missed appointments or for cancellations made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
