Those interested in personal counseling/therapy are invited to reach out to the following independent providers who practice out of the same office space:

Once registered and scheduled, please complete the initial paperwork assigned to you in the patient portal. The patient portal or secure email is the best way to contact us. We do not have a phone answering service – if you leave a voice mail and do not hear back within one business day, please try again as there may have been a connection issue. Our fax # is (866) 460-7406.

We do not participate with any insurers nor do we assist with insurance claims in any way. Those who are able to pay more make it possible for us to serve those who have less. Visit our Mindfulness Based Programs pages to learn about our fees for these services.
