Mindful Tune-Up

Are you looking for an opportunity to practice mindfulness with like-minded others? Mindful Tune-Ups are offered through Dr. Ochester’s coaching practice.

The last Tuesday of every month is an opportunity to deepen your personal mindfulness practice, foster community, and hone skills for maintaining balance and harmony.  Anyone with a regular sitting meditation practice is welcome to register and participate.
