Ready to make an appointment? Use our secure, HIPAA compliant patient portal to register as a new client, schedule, cancel, or reschedule appointments, check upcoming appointments dates and times, and manage your account. You are also welcome to call 913-735-5566 or send us an encrypted e-mail.

New Clients

When you register online and schedule your first appointment, you will receive the initial paperwork (download forms) instantly via e-mail to complete at your convenience. Then, you can:

  • bring a paper copy of your completed forms with you to your first appointment, -or-

  • return the forms to us in advance via fax 913-904-1527 or using our secure, encrypted e-mail form.

You should arrive 1/2 hour early to complete the initial paperwork at our offices if you have not completed the forms in advance

If you aren’t comfortable registering online, please call 913-735-5566 and leave a message if necessary – we will respond within one business day.  We are very conscientious about returning client calls – if you leave a voice mail and do not hear back within one business day, please try again as there may have been a connection issue.

Billing & Fees

We operate on a sliding scale according to after tax income in order to serve a wider range of people. We do not participate with any insurers. Those who are able to pay more make it possible for us to serve those who have less. Visit our MBCT classes page to learn about our fees for this service.

Tier 1: $100,000+                              $150.00

Tier 2: $75 – 99,999                           $120.00

Tier 3: $50 – 74,999                           $100.00

Tier 4: under $50,000                     $80.00

Payment is due at time of service, but you are also welcome to pay in advance online by logging into our client portal.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning that you will be charged the full fee for missed appointments and late cancellations. When paid in advance, there are no refunds for missed appointments or for cancellations made less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time.
